After having our 3rd child we very much needed a larger more efficient family car. With that we started looking around online. We quickly found one on Nissan rowstock's website. Contacted them, where I was quickly assisted. A viewing was arranged for that same afternoon. When we arrived we were greeted by Matt. Who was very kind and approachable and showed us the said car. He was helpful in showing us some of its features but also kind enough to give me and my family some time to have a look around the car whilst he waited inside. He came with me for a test drive where he gave me lots of information about the car. We then had a friendly chat discussing the cost etc. Where it was very clear that the garage itself pride themselves in doing things properly. He arranged for the car to have a year's MOT and service. Cam belt to be replaced if needed, a year's break down cover and any other problems picked up during MOT to be fixed. Once I picked the car it had been nicely valeted. Very pleased with our new car and the service we received from Nissan and Matt. Would highly recommend.

An absolutely fantastic customer service from Matt and the guys at Rowstock, I cannot praise or thank them enough. I was made to feel incredibly welcome and valued; the staff even looked after my puppy whilst I went on a test drive and when I picked the car up days later there was a welcome sign on it for us both, which was a lovely personal touch! Matt could not do enough for me, and has even been in touch since to see how I am finding the car. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles, as well as the manner in which he explained everything to me and helped me through the paper work. I was also very happy with their offer for my part-exchange vehicle. My purchase from them was exactly as described and handed over in immaculate condition. I used to hate going anywhere near car dealerships; I was sick of the pathetic sales charm and half-hearted sales pitch. Thank you to Matt and his colleagues for proving that there are still amazing local dealerships in existence!
