He's relaxed, light-hearted, and always up for a chuckle - but behind the silliness is someone who organises and oversees every corner of the business. From strategy to service, Luke's role is as varied as it gets.

Tracey Holding - Administrative Assistant

Tracey may be new to Rowstock, but she brings years of experience from the motor trade and local bodyshops. She's incredibly kind, efficient, and funny - a true pocket rocket who just gets things done. Often the first point of contact for customers, Tracey supports service and CRM with warmth and precision.

Jack Robinson - Car Valeter

Jack hasn't been with us long, but he's already made a big impact. With a great attitude and strong work ethic, he gets stuck in without complaint. After working with his dad in the trades, he's found his stride in car care and quickly become part of the Rowstock family.

Richard Jones - Master Technician

Richard is one of our longest-serving team members and a true Rowstock staple. He's seen the business evolve over the years and brings deep experience and dedication to every job. A proud dad of two, Richard balances family life with expert-level technical skill.

Kevin Randall - Bodyshop Specialist

Kev joined straight from school and learned the ropes from Joe. Now he's our go-to for full resprays, insurance work, and major body repairs. Calm, collected, and quietly dependable, Kev is a true craftsman who also enjoys car events and racing in his spare time.

Alex Evans - Senior Car Detailer

Alex is Jack's mentor and a key figure in our detailing team. Passionate about cars, reliable, and easy to work with, he's a mature and steady presence. After a brief stint elsewhere, Alex returned to Rowstock - because this is home.

Liam Durman - Technician

Liam started with us as a valeter and worked his way into the workshop. After a short time away, he returned, eager to grow and progress. With a lovely attitude and strong drive to learn, Liam is on track to become a standout technician.

Ian Newman - Senior Technician

Ian's been with us for donkey's years and is part of the furniture. He's old-school thorough - welding, undersealing, and restoring the battered and broken. Dependable and methodical, Ian never rushes and always gets the job done right. He lives locally with his family and dogs.

Matt Brown - Sales Executive

Matt is our sole salesman and a familiar face to many long-time customers. Known for his great conversation and deep car knowledge, he's built lasting relationships over the years. A true enthusiast, Matt loves skiing and road trips to the NÃ¼rburgring with his mates.

James Brewer - Accountant

James joined us from Critchleys and quickly became a central figure in strategy, HR, tech, and finance. A kind, friendly giant, he's loved by everyone and always up for a chat. Outside work, he's into mountain biking, hiking, and camping - anything outdoorsy.

Ollie Holsman - Service Advisor

Ollie brings sharp wit and sharper skills to the service desk. Known for his sarcastic humour and on-the-ball approach to warranty and admin, he's a fast learner and a huge asset. Working closely with Tracey and Kevin, Ollie continues to grow and impress.

Kevin Mears - Service Manager

Kevin is the glue that holds the service team together. With years of dealership experience, he's the go-to for technicians, advisors, and sales. Always busy but somehow always in control, Kevin's humour and love of golf keep him grounded. A true Rowstock cornerstone.
