I live some 100 miles from this garage and have never been there. However, Nissan UK put me in touch with the parts department, when I had been unable to get parts for my elderly Micra. Ollie was incredible, looking at a photo I sent, identifying the part numbers ordering them and posting them to me. Ollie was incredibly helpful and just as determined as I was to get the parts. Amazing customer service and efficiency, coming up with the parts no-one else seemed able to. I wish all garages were like this! I am no good at IT

Matt was really friendly, deeply knowledgable, supportive, and patient. He knows and enjoys his craft and it shows. We built a strong relationship over a few weeks of visits and I only ever felt supported in my purchase journey, never sold to.

Picking up my vehicle was a fantastic experience.

The team had worked hard behind the scenes to service, MOT, prepare, and detail the car for me and it was immaculately presented, even with a sign in the window welcoming me to my new car - little touches!

I was made to feel like their most important customer (even though I know how popular this dealership is) and I got a great car at a fair price.

Very polite customer service and staff. Will be trying their garage and repairs soon then will update the review accordingly. I think their staff is more professional than other dealers in how they treat their customers; more importantly, they are respectful, keen to listen to the concerns expressed about your car and they aim to provide you with flexible choices to suit your personal circumstances when applicable.

Update:
A quick brief review due to no time atm. These guys and especially their technician, do deserve to be nominated as a model for the good standards of care and maintaining a good rapport with their customers. They have demonstrated the highest of what to expect of service from a Nissan Branch with adherence to good sales and work practice. A high quality car work has been carried on for around 3 weeks+. This included consulting and communicating with Nissan technical support and liaising with Nissan customers service. The technician has literally done a microsurgery to my hopeless new car which since its purchase in Sep 2021 and it has never stopped presenting with faults, lot of break downs and was risky to drive. Disclaimer: car brought elsewhere. He has managed to spot a tiny connectivity issue which has been the main reason to a gigantic risky and problematic car functions. Oherwise faults scanning machines won't spot such defects nor other mechanics did manage to do the work these guys have managed to do. This is in addition to many other repairs and vigorous testing they did to the car. Today, have checked the car and the engineer provided me with an excellent explanation on the nature of the problem, how multiple issues were managed and has given me a sufficient time to do a test drive checking the quality of repairs and previous problematic functions. The anti colisionautatic safety braking has worked for the first time and after no show at all for the last year! This is a very quick writing and will make it more comprehensive as idk they deserve a golden medal in ethics, honesty, communication and professionalism. Many thanks to the surgeon which did a brilliant microsurgery to this new car and didn't give up trying, and many thanks to the branch manager, branch staff, to especially to Nissan customer service new case manager and the technical advice team who have worked collaboratively to bring to the car its first sign of improvement. I still have few weeks to test the car and to collect the reports on the repairs done. Overall, the journey back to work and then home, the car engine stopped shaking, a much smoother steering system and no dangerous sudden derailment from the driveway did happen. Will update later. In summary: When you buy a new car, look at the quality of repairs and maintenance availability especially by the original seller. Dont get tempted/tricked by how a branch is looking nice, or elegent words and promises given by staff or an alluring car deal, look at what to expect next, trust me with that.

Went back to Nissan Rowstock Ltd to purchase another car after my very positive experience 4 years ago. Matt suggested the perfect car for me, which drives incredibly well and I had a very smooth transaction. No detail is too small for Matt as I was very impressed with his knowledge of the car - mpg, engine size, service history, how it drives etc. Would highly recommend if you want an honest sale and value for money.

we bought a second hand Nissan from rowstock ltd. matt organised all the little tidying up jobs on the upholstery, interior etc. and made sure everything what should work did work.sorted out a nice deal with Nissan warranty etc. overall we were pleased with the deal and matts helpfulness. 3 weeks later due to my wife's consistent lack of spacial awareness, my wife wrote of the front and rear doors in the supermarket car park. we claimed through our insurance and contacted joe at rowstock who deals with the bodywork side. joe managed to bring the quote to a budget where the insurance did not write the car off. and all went ahead smoothly, joe delivered our car back and took away our courtesy vehicle. is all i can now say is wow !!!! what a superb job rowstock have done, nice one joe ! many thanks for a great job and customer service, Nissan rowstocks mission statement has got to be srvice, standards and value all the way.!! we would highly recommend this dealership, i always find when buying a car you get a better deal from an established dealership than popping into the smartnit and flogget car Lott ltd.
